“I thought the range of species on show was excellent, it was very useful to see the animals in particular as you never quite get the right impression from a photo.” Mike McCabe, CCW.
“Very important to bring so many together and disseminate info and updates.” Barbara Soutar, National Trust for Scotland.
“Will be able to use a lot of the information in my role.” Louise Duffy, Environment Agency
The workshop brought together 122 people rom local authorities, NGOs, industry, consultancies, government organisations, wildlife groups and others. Three workshop sessions and two stands were provided covering over 70 species with live and stuffed specimens, vouchers, skins, samples and audio / video material.
